Independent Reseller — Please Read

SneakPeakes is an independent reseller of premium sneakers and streetwear. All items are sourced from vetted channels and undergo verification before dispatch. We are not an authorised retailer of any brand. Brand warranty claims must be directed to the respective brand.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right — wrong size, wrong item, or a quality concern — we are here to help. This policy sets out what is eligible for return, how to raise a request, and how and when your refund will be processed.

This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 applicable in India.

All returns are subject to inspection

Items returned must meet the eligibility conditions below. Returns that do not meet the criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost.

Sneaker sizing varies significantly between brands and models. We recommend referring to our size guide or contacting us before placing your order to avoid sizing issues.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and situations are strictly not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance:

Worn, used, or washed items
Items with tags removed or damaged
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Items missing original box or packaging
Sale or discounted items (Final sale)
Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
Socks, insoles & hygiene items
Custom / made-to-order items
Damage caused by customer misuse

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return. Do not ship any item back without our approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

    Raise a Return Request
    Email us at returns@sneakpeakes.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (all sides, tags, box, and the issue if applicable).

    Await Approval (1–2 Business Days)
    Our team will review your request and photos. You will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or declined, along with further instructions.
  • 3
    Pack the Item Securely
    Once approved, pack the item in its original box and packaging. Place the shoe box inside an outer shipping box — do not use the shoe box as the outer packaging. Include your Order ID on a slip inside the package.
  • 4
    Ship to Our Address
    Ship the item to the return address provided in the approval email. For eligible returns (defective/wrong item), we will arrange a pickup. For size exchanges, you may need to ship at your own cost via a trackable courier.

    Quality Inspection (2–3 Business Days)
    Upon receiving your return, our team conducts a thorough inspection. If the item passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed. If it fails, we will notify you with the reason.

    Refund / Exchange Confirmed
    Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of inspection approval. You will receive a confirmation email with refund details or exchange dispatch information.

Once your return passes inspection, refunds are processed as follows. Total time from return receipt to money in your account is typically 5–10 business days.

Bank Processing Times

Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank’s processing cycle. UPI and net banking refunds are typically faster (2–5 business days). These timelines are outside our control once the refund is initiated.

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed to your original payment method by default. If the original method is unavailable, a store credit or bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) will be offered as an alternative.

Shipping charges paid at the time of original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchange Policy

Subject to Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. As an independent reseller of limited-edition and hard-to-find items, we may not always have the same model in a different size. In such cases, a full refund will be offered.

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to return eligibility conditions (Section 02). To request a size exchange:

  • Email returns@sneakpeakes.com with your Order ID, current size, and desired size
  • Attach photos of the item in its original, unworn condition with all tags
  • Ship the item back after receiving our exchange approval
  • Return shipping cost for size exchanges is borne by the customer
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days
  • If the desired size is unavailable, a full refund will be processed instead

Exchanges for a different style or model are treated as a return + new order. Please place a new order on the website and initiate a return for the original item simultaneously.

Wrong or Damaged Item

We take full responsibility for our errors

If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged in transit, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

If you received a wrong item or an item damaged in transit, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Do not use or wear the item
  2. Take photos and/or a video immediately on unboxing — before removing any packaging
  3. Email support@sneakpeakes.com with your Order ID, photos/video, and a description of the issue
  4. We will review and respond within 24 hours with a resolution — replacement dispatch or full refund
  5. A prepaid return label or pickup will be arranged at our cost
Unboxing video is highly recommended

We strongly advise recording a continuous unboxing video for every order. This is the most reliable evidence for transit damage or wrong item claims and helps us resolve your issue faster.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are time-sensitive. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Before dispatch: Email support@sneakpeakes.com with your Order ID as soon as possible. If we haven’t packed your order yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
  • After dispatch / In transit: We are unable to cancel or redirect shipments once they have been handed to the courier. Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return request.
  • Pre-orders: Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the order ships, with a full refund. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
  • SneakPeakes-initiated cancellation: If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability or sourcing issues, we will notify you and issue a 100% refund including any shipping charges paid.

For customer-paid returns, we recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping the shipping receipt. SneakPeakes is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit when the customer arranges shipping.

Your Legal Rights

As a consumer in India, you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. These rights exist independently of and are not limited by this policy. Key rights include:

  • Right to be protected against the sale of hazardous goods or deficient services
  • Right to information — to be informed about the quality, quantity, potency, purity, standard and price of goods
  • Right to redressal — to seek redress against unfair trade practices or unscrupulous exploitation
  • Right to file a complaint with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission if unresolved

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or file an online complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
